Preemie Crochet Challenge 2020

2 for 1 Free Preemie Beanie crochet patterns

I am honored to be participating in the Preemie Crochet Challenge, being hosted by Sunflower Cottage Crochet. Each day there will be a new pattern offered for free. Both of these patterns were designed specifically for this event.

This event means a great deal to me because I developed pre-eclampsia with 2 of my 3 children, which resulted in both of my boys being premature. Hospitals are always needing donations, and hats are perfect since babies (especially preemies)body temperatures can drop quickly. And, they are so tiny, they can be worked up quickly.

My hope is the the hats made and donated from my patterns will bring a baby and their families some comfort. And, bring the maker some joy, as well.
